When i fist got my
hamster she wasn't nocurnal only now she is and she was afraid of my dogs so i moved her to a higher shelf and she was just fine also i hand tamed her by putting
food in her bowl and leaving my hand by the bowl and then i worked up to putting a
little bit of
food in hand and letting her eat it in my hand then with my other hand i would softly pet her back with my fingers that was almost 5 months ago and now she is my mini bff!!
