The rotating images on the header are a nice touch though most images suffer from rough editing work that leave them look rough around the edges, appearing a little rushed.

(Note: if you want to free up a little space in the sidebar, you could probably put the links to your pages across the top of your blog, just above or below the header image.)

Getting a little too creative by trying to place an image between a header and a subhead or using too many fonts throughout interrupts the flow.
