I sneaked in some baby spinach and put in it the
freezer for a
little until it was almost like
ice cream!
Since it does take a
little time to remove them, I suggest having a baking sheet in your
freezer and placing the brownie
ice cream cups onto the baking sheet as you remove them.
Had to ration it (Once, when he, his parents, and Sandy borrowed our house for a couple of weeks during a fire evacuation, I later returned to find no less than 3 or 4 kinds of
ice cream stuck away in my
little freezer.)
The picture above is right out of the
freezer, with soft - serve texture — I love it this way but it doesn't really show the chunky
little bits of chocolate peanut butter that are scattered throughout the

Because caramel is heavier than whipped
cream it will somewhat sink to the bottom, there is no way to prevent this, so what I recommend is this: after
ice cream has been in the
freezer for four hours (or overnight) pull it from the
freezer and scoop it into another container, mixing it a
little, then put back into the
freezer.
They satisfy my
ice cream cravings but can last in the
freezer for a
little bit (very

I feel like I really need it because (believe it or not) I have been eating a lot of heavy vegan food lately... Good thing that
ice cream does not go bad, coz these
little guys will have to wait for me a while in my
freezer Anyway, back to the
ice cream!
Remove the
ice cream cake from the
freezer and turn out on to a plate to soften a
little whilst you make the coulis.
Prepping the right food will make sure you stick to the right food, instead of listening to the
little guy on your left shoulder convincing you to hit the tub of
ice cream in the
freezer.
I kind of ran out of vanilla
ice cream because I was basically eating it every night, not that I'm complaining, but I just added a
little bit of whatever other
ice cream I had in my
freezer at that moment.
You can make «an
ice cream tree,» but you will need room in your
freezer to store the whole tree till serving time and you will need to work quickly to assemble the
ice cream little balls, again made using the melon baller.
