I knew I needed a spring

little jacket was made by Bill Blass, likely in the early 1970s, Made
from a soft mohair wool, it features open styling, making it perfect for layering.
When I found today's
jacket with
little pompoms and coins in store, it directly reminded me of what I've seen so far
from the island on pictures!
I tried to find coats in various price points (ranging
from $ 59 up to a
little over $ 200) and I tried to find a few different styles
from anorak coats to more casual and lightweight all the way up to heavy, thick winter
jackets.
This striped number
from JCrew Factory is sleeveless and oh - so - summer when worn alone, but felt a
little more like fall when I layered a chocolate faux leather
jacket over the top.
I recently also picked up this belt
from ASOS with a round buckle which helps make the jeans look a
little less casual and also ties in with the silver hardware on my
jacket.
Chic
little jackets and blazers make ideal «third piece» material, but to keep
from adding additional bulk and warmth try draping the
jacket / blazer across your shoulders instead.
My last
jacket was
from H&M but since I wear it so much I decided to invest a
little more for my next one.
The
jacket I think would benefit
from a
little tailoring of the shoulders and waist.
For all of you that are a

from a song that instantly got stuck in my head when I started searching for similar «lime moto

Take todays look for example, an outfit I wore during my weekend at Soho Farm House, it's a standard denim look but made a
little more dressy and exciting with the addition of this v neck frill blouse (actually a body) & my new shearling & suede biker
jacket from Zara (and not forgetting my brand new green boots).
This
jacket is a
little shorter and fits a bit tighter than my khaki one
from River Island, but it's fine with a lightweight fitted jumper underneath.

from the back (due to lack of vent) but needed tailoring at the waist to make it not look huge and boxy on me, so I kept the one that was the right size in the waist but pulls a
little over my backside / hips when its buttoned, since I almost never button my suit
jackets.

Some may say: «I'm sick and tired of the motorcycle thing», but for whatever reason this edgy trend has survived for years and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon... In fact it's just getting yummier and funkier, with spikes all over leather
