In Android Oreo, there's
a little keyboard icon that pops up when you're setting your alarm so that you can be accurate with your time without a finicky dial to set it up.
While at launch you could only talk with Assistant, you can also now type to it as well, thanks to
the little keyboard icon on the bottom left of the screen.
If you are at a place in Honeycomb where you don't feel like you'll need the physical keyboard, then press
the little keyboard icon in the notification tray, and turn it off.
If you hold down the emoji (or globe) icon, you'll see three
little keyboard icons.
Not exact matches
When you engage in a note, you can use the software driven
keyboard to input your text and a
little note
icon appears on the right - hand side.
Next to the premium
icon, you'll see a tiny
little icon in the shape of the WASD keys on the
keyboard (a nod to the role those keys play in so many PC games).
Bring up the emoji
keyboard by tapping the
little smiley - face
icon on the bottom row of keys, and it turns applicable words orange to denote which ones can be used.
In the current Gboard, when you tap the
little microphone
icon to input text via voice, the whole
keyboard disappears and turns into a pause button.
