So sorry to hear this, I would try using
a little less flour and more coconut oil to help bind the mixture more, really hope this helps x
My guess would be to use just
a little less flour.
So when baking cookies or cakes I always use
a little less flour for a better more moist result.
the second loaf i went by look - i used
a little less flour, a little more baking soda, and more buttermilk / yogurt / milk combo until i had a pretty goopy batter that i liked the consistency of.
I am thinking of trying it, but just using
a little less flour.
I use
a little less flour than the original recipe calls for; for the benefit of the vegans in my family I use a chia - seed - water combo to replace the egg, and almond or cashew milk in place of the egg wash.
I ground the oats and happened to have millet flour on hand (and no millet), so that was the one thing I guesstimated on — put in
a little less flour than the... and now I see my problem.
Maybe next time try adding
a little less flour, since everyone measures flour differently!
