Several handfuls of fresh spinach, preferably lightly steamed (I like to pack it into
my little microwave steamer, steam for 1 or 2 minutes, and then just rinse out the steamer after removing the spinach.

Trim and halve the sprouts and

little bit of water (can also
steam as you did).

little one's meal without exposing bags and bottles to

little water,
steam or
microwave them until tender, then puree them as usual.
Instead of using a
microwave, add a
little warm broth to yesterday's leftovers and heat it over the stove to
steam your meal back to life!
However if you get a
little steamer for the
microwave then fresh vegetables can be cooked in just minutes also so consider that.
