For those of you who love green
drinks,
little did you know that you can enjoy the purity of green juice and the taste of chocolate
milk all in one.
A
little part of you deep down inside must be asking the question why the hell am I
drinking milk from an animal... that is absolutely insane!
Our hot chocolate mix can also be combined with our protein powders or nut pastes to make a delicious smoothie
drink (mix with lukewarm - not cold as the fat in the coconut
milk needs a
little heat to dissolve).
Just a side note — I was still a
little hungry after I
drank it, but I'm thinking if I use canned coconut
milk next time, it should have more staying power.

If you're going to use the oat
milk for
drinking, rather than cooking, you can sweeten it to taste with a
little honey or other liquid sweetener, and flavor it with vanilla, spices, cocoa powder, or fruit syrup.
I
drink a
little almond
milk with MCT powder and collagen every day.
The new tetrapaks of coconut
milk for
drinking and cereal (like So Delicious) are NOT appropriate for making yogurt because they are mostly water and very
little fat.
Personally, I find skim to be rather flavorless and whole
milk to be too heavy, so 2 % was a great balance for the
little bit of fat content and flavor to round out the
drink.
I was once inspired by a previous post of you and since then I love
drinking almond
milk infused by lavender and chamomile, with a
little vanilla, cinnamon and cardamon, often blend with banana and dates.
I add extra
milk to the cups for my boys so they don't get the shakes, and we sit around the living room like happy

little access to clean water, boiling water to make coffee is the only way to ensure her
little baby doesn't get sick.
