I have been Paleo now for almost a year — I still eat some dairy — organic grass fed butter and
a little milk in my coffee and organic bio live yoghurt once a week, but my whole approach to food is as you say so liberating!

I've tried it several ways now reheating leftover quinoa with a

in recipe testing for two reasons: it's a
little richer than most other
milk alternatives and it's naturally free of top allergens, making my dish «friendly» for more viewers.
