little less) split in 5 meals, drink 12 - 16 glasses of water a day, stick to fruits (not too much b / c of sugar), mostly vegetables, legumes, lean meats, nuts, egg whites and

And although there are good levels of BCAA's in

little extra with your post workout shake — especially if you are over 40, as we have

little of the
