Allow the pie to cool in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight, and serve with homemade whipped cream to which you've added a healthy pinch of both ground ginger and cinnamon (I usually add
a little organic powdered sugar to my whipped cream, too).

I use an
organic moisturizer directly on my skin, feeling better about those ingredients absorbing into my face, followed by a layer of sunscreen (MyChelle SPF 30), a
little tinted moisturizer on cheeks, forehead and nose for some color to offset my paleness, and a mineral
powder dusting to set it in place.
Although you can do a glaze with
organic powdered sugar instead — just add a
little plant - based milk to
powdered sugar until you get the consistency you want.
