I didn't have fresh strawberries I used thawed frozen I added
little organic sugar.

I didn't decorate them with icing, but I sprinkled a
little bit of unrefined
organic cane
sugar on top and they are so delicious and perfectly sweet.
I combined ground almond flour, Meyer lemon juice, a
little maple syrup, a
little organic coconut oil, some unsweetened shredded
organic coconut, and what I had left of my lavender
sugared Meyer lemon peel (ok, so they're not completely free of
sugar, but almost).
If you want to avoid the glaze, I would recommend adding some dried fruit and nuts or substituting
organic brown
sugar to make them a
little sweeter.

little sparkle, you can roll the balls in a plate of
