To be honest
pictures don't really
do these
little beauties justice.
Rosario and many people don't use molds to make this but is difficults so I have some molds that you may look at the
picture (aluminium molds) but atside I place other molds that you may have similar to the muffins molds, anyway if you find
little molds you may make too, at wedding I seeing so
little empolvados (here is the name) this and alfajores are typical to parties and wedding coktails.

Ok, they were still delicious, just a
little crunchier than I think they should have been, and you can see by
picture how they cracked a bit.I think not cooking them quite as long would have eliminated some of the cracking.Next time I would refrigerate the dough prior to flattening them too, I don't know if it would help but it sounds like a good idea.All I can say is a

I was a
little nervous because mine
did not develop like the
pictures, but it is beautiful and perfect!
The
picture above is right out of the freezer, with soft - serve texture — I love it this way but it doesn't really show the chunky
little bits of chocolate peanut butter that are scattered throughout the ice cream.
