It is a simple mix of self raising

little bowl with some extra
flour set aside for sprinkling later on (sub: half white and half whole - wheat, or use a gluten - free
flour such as coconut or rice)
Nothing gets my goat like lazy free from recipe writing — the sorts of articles and books compiled by those intent on making a quick buck from the growing «free from» phenomenon by using the «replace all» function to put «gluten free
plain flour» instead of «
plain flour» in the ingredients list with
little regard for the availability or suitability of ingredients in the dish.
It is a
little more on the expensive side as it uses three cups of almond meal, but if you are on a budget and not gluten intolerant you can swap the almond meal for
plain flour on a 1:1 ratio.
Put the pan back on the heat and melt the margarine until liquid, then add the
plain flour shaking in a
little at a time and whisking into a thick paste.

little and added some wholemeal
flour instead of
plain flour as I was feeling a
little bit healthy, yes only a
little bit.

For the Easy Overnight Refrigerator Breakfast Rolls Recipe I normally use
plain white
flour and a
little whole wheat
flour.
I made a few changes: I used all
plain flour (that's all I had), sheep's milk yogurt (I bought it to try and it's weird / gross so I made these to use it up), a
little bit of coconut oil in replace of about a quarter of the butter because I didn't want to open a new packet of butter (I'm just lazy:P), and I used 4 small apples instead of 2 big (gasp!).
We also now know that an infant needs «good» fats and carbohydrates in the diet; a diet of stale bread or
plain flour soaked in warmed cow's milk does
little to boost the nutritional status of an infant.
In order to spoil myself just a
little bit more, I made coconut
flour pancakes that were just
plain enough to be gentle on my digestive system, but still fluffy and satiating.
