I have used the
psyllium husk seeds for this recipe, if you use the
powder version just make sure to add a
little less.
Don't get me wrong, diet is primary, but when you need a
little help, try a teaspoon of
psyllium husk powder, stirred into a suitable liquid (I prefer apple juice or sugarcane juice.)
