Add

Little cocoa bites... I made a version with
pure cocoa butter and
vanilla powder as a mild creamy base and a way to hold the berries together, then I went on to melt some dark chocolate into the bottom of mini muffin cups and topping with chopped macadamias and inca berries.
This cookie needs a good unsalted butter and
pure vanilla extract (if you want an almond flavor you could add a
little pure almond extract).

little extra sweetness, so I made it with 3.5 TBSPs of maple syrup and a tiny dash of
pure vanilla extract — It was awesome, thank you!
For flavour I use ground cinnamon, ginger, coconut and
vanilla powder, with a
little pure maple syrup for sweetness although this can be left out.
Then
pure vanilla extract is folded in, along with a
little cake flour and lots of sweetened dried coconut.
You can keep it simple and add a
little sweetener (a medjool date or
pure maple syrup) and some
vanilla for a creamy
vanilla flavoured milk, or you can get creative and make flavours such as salted caramel, chocolate banana or strawberry mint!
Served with a scoop of
vanilla ice cream (that gets a
little melty), it is
pure perfection!

To thicken these oats up a bit, I used ground chia seeds instead of whole (which adds a better texture, in my opinion), a touch of coconut flour to thicken it up and add a cake - like texture (almond meal would also work), a
little bit of
vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, some NuNaturals
pure stevia (without any fillers — just stevia), and finally, creamy non-dairy unsweetened almond milk.
