But I also like a
little drizzle of
ranch or blue cheese when I make buffalo chicken pizza as I feel that it... completes the
flavor, if you will.
It's full of big
flavors that all blend together to create a slightly spicy, super creamy, southwest
ranch flavor that I think could easily rival any of those
little packets you buy at the grocery store.
There are many
flavored ranches available that would go well in this dish so do not be afraid to experiment a
little.
Roasting the poblano pepper adds a
little smokiness to the sauce and mellows the
flavor, adding just a
little spiciness to the
ranch dressing.

little went on sandwiches, but I also used it in
flavored mayo (mayo, balsamic vinegar and black pepper for some hamburgers) and in
ranch salad dressing.
