ground beef [dried parsnips, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, basil (and some Old Bay, of course)-RSB-.
Another way to make it a
little healthier is to use 1 - 2 T chili powder, minimal salt and a
little water in the
ground beef rather than the package of taco
seasoning.
