They remind me of
those little sesame stick crackers (which are made with wheat flour) that you find in trail mixes or cracker and nut mixes.

My favorite light summer whole - food recipe is a spinach salad with cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden, sprouts,
sesame sticks and a
little feta cheese.
The pineapple was a
little hard to chew, but the crunch of the
sesame sticks was nice with the raisin - like goji berries and the raw nuts.
If you have to wait add a
little sesame seed oil to the noodles to keep them from
sticking to each other.
