I think I was a
little too careful not to incorporate too much flour during the kneading, because the dough was a
little on the soft
side and the
braid kind of melted together more than I would have liked.
I like to make two then serve them
side - by -
side on a large serving platter but individual
braids are perfect for a dinner party so you can serve each guest their own
little salmon
braid.
