There are brilliant
little snaps on the sides that you can use to create a smaller bag when you don't need to carry as many things with you.

The only other thing is that has come up is that because it is has a two
snap closure it leaves an opening
on either
side, so it is not safe to tuck

little hard to get him unclasped from it but he is a heavy baby and you have to press the two buttons
on the
side but I think that is something you get better at... although it does feel like I might
snap it!
