Inspiration to do good
things is something the world needs a whole lot more of and no matter what form that inspiration comes in all walks of
life should learn to appreciate it instead of always being so cynical
about things they can't wrap their own
little minds around...
The Happiness Project gave me permission to be more deliberate
about the
little things that positively affect my outlook on
life — getting enough sleep, making the bed in the morning (even if nothing else gets done around the house that day!)
She likes to appreciate the
little things in
life and not worry

living room yoga, or quick
little road trips to visit friends that you just don't see often enough.
I'm also feeling super jazzed

things on «show and tell» day and refused to pick just one.

thing about buying processed almond milk is that it's often fortified with vitamin D and Vitamin B12 which are harder to come by especially on a vegan diet

«Ego Is The Enemy», a great book by Ryan Holiday, in which I've been more and more discovering
things that suggest that perhaps a big part of a lot of what I do is based on me wanting to achieve a lot of
things in
life and that's great, if it's
about affecting change in other people's
lives, but I think that there may also be, potentially, a
little bit of an unhealthy obsession with being great.
So anyways, lots of
little things to think
about, but you are my friends, you're my listeners, you're the people who I care deeply
about, and so I wanted to at least take a moment to share some of my random ramblings with you because what I do is based on a quest, not only for me to be able to
live a limitless
life, but also to teach you how to
live a bold, edgy, limitless, exciting
life, and I want all of us to be able to stay as healthy as possible doing it, to be as happy as possible doing it, and also to change as many other
lives as possible doing it.
