Dale McPherson P.S. I forgot to put his pencils in
his little tin cup.
Not exact matches
-2 1/4 c almond flour -2 chia seed «eggs» (2 T chia seeds soaked in 6 T water), you can also use 2 eggs -1 1/2
cups grated zucchini -3 / 4 t sea salt -1 t baking soda -1 t cinnamon -1 / 3
cup coconut oil, plus a
little extra for greasing the muffin
tin
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. I put the amount of coconut oil or butter needed in a glass measuring
cup and throw it in the oven while it preheats — keep checking it and once it is melted use most for the recipe and use a
little to grease your muffin
tin or inserts.
Drop by a
little less than 1/3
cup in each
tin.
Hi Livudrey - I believe what they mean is to fill the empty
cups with a
little water, since there are typically six
cups in a muffin
tin and the recipe only fills four.
