What really makes these cookies taste just like the classic is
a little unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and unsweetened applesauce... don't leave these out!
just dust them with
a little unsweetened cocoa powder.

The protein comes through giving them a slight chocolate flavor, but you can also add some

little more milk for even more chocolate flavor.
* dusting your work surface with
cocoa powder will yield a beautiful, dark, chocolatey aesthetic, but using a lot of it could make the cookies taste a
little bit bitter on their own since the

You take a pomegranate and you cut it hemi spherically you open it up and then you whack it with a wooden spoon get out all our aggression and spit out the seeds into a

I did take creative liberty and add a
little bit of smoked paprika and a 1/4 tsp of
unsweetened cocoa powder.
A
LITTLE MORE KID - FRIENDLY: Substitute 1/2 cup of sugar for sweetened
cocoa powder, or keep the sugar and add 1/2 cup of
unsweetened cocoa powder.
I have my special oatmeal every morning: oatmeal, water,
unsweetened cocoa powder, either hemp seed with vanilla or chia seed with cinnamon, flax seed meal and either sunflower seeds or natural peanut butter (just peanuts with a
little salt).
We decorated ours with a
little extra
unsweetened cocoa powder.
