We collected lot's of
little vintage glass bottles and ended up borrowing some from Pyrus too as well as getting more flowers from them to make sure that we had enough on the big day.

As Mon pointed out to me in the morning - I style things a
little differently, donning the sailor cap I picked up in Paris while
vintage shopping, round
glasses and my suede boots.
As my collection of
vintage china and dishes has grown (that's a whole different post) I now love to set a mismatched table working in pink depression
glass salad plates,
little gold rimmed bread plates, equestrian themed dessert dishes and the list goes on.
I love the
glass front drawer and this
little vintage - looking knob from Hobby Lobby.

Ornaments on our tree are german glitter
glass,
vintage ornaments I LOVED when I was
little and ones made by my two
little boys.

Bringing the outdoors in makes you happy: a
little chintz or ruffle or weathered furniture, urns filled with tennis rackets, colored

vintage - looking, mixed tea cups, and all things that give a sense of a happy, simple life.
The wine
glasses we got for our wedding, and the other
glasses are also
vintage, so this table setting is a
little special that way.

It's a
vintage light turquoise - distressed painted
little desk with clear
glass knobs right by our front door in our living room.
I kept my mantel fairly simple with all natural touches and a few
vintage finds like old books, brown bottles, an old
glass milk jug, and a
little owl.
Near the door, our
little bar cart is ready for some holiday merry making with pretty
vintage glasses.
I tucked in one
little white Christmas tree in a

glass.
On the shelf I placed some
vintage brass deer, a
little glass snow globe jar Emmy and I made several years ago, and my DIY log candlesticks.
My favorite ornament on the tree (besides my kids baby's first Christmas ornaments) are

glass, the light shines through them making them feel magical.
