my little wooden side table is sitting half on and half off the rug here, so it looks kind of wonky.
Not exact matches
I use the top tray of a cheese platter in my refrigerator and lay meats and such that I am defrosting, the top is large enough to hold a 30 lb turkey and we all know the mess they can cause in the refrigerator... Also I have seen when my friends husband had taken the baby food jars and attached the covers to a
wooden wheel he had made, with a
little handle on the
side to turn the wheel, he then filled it with his wifes favorite spices, it is adorable, now that both have left this plane of life I often think of that spice rack..
Patanjali carved out of stone is watching you practice on one
side, while the Buddha is smiling encouragingly on the other... There is space for 36 students, and the places are determined by
little golden lotuses on the
wooden floor, a lovely
little attention to detail.
2 — I like the
wooden side table — I think it's nice to have something a
little different in the space (that is, something not so matchy - matchy), but I would try pulling it out a bit, so that it's not flush against the wall (even just a few inches might make a difference).
On the other
side of the mantle I added fresh greenery, antique
wooden spools under another cloche (found HERE — I usually use it without the base), some black and white striped grosgrain ribbon, and a
little gold feather bowl (found HERE).
Wooden floors and woven bamboo walls with only shuttered windows, no glass, make them fairy dark inside when all closed up, but with doors and shutters open it's bright and breezy, if a
little on the warm
side for some guests, as the bungalows are only cooled with a couple of standard fans, no punkah wallahs or air - con here (however, we thought the temperature was pleasant).
In the «frame» painting, «Old Kiln» (2012 - 15), there is a
little wooden, block - like structure, with a black smokestack mounted on top of the frame on the painting's left
side.
There's the hand - carved
wooden tree - thing - cum - hat - stand surmounted by a
wooden model of a crystal, wired up to a heavy - handed Victorian pulpit - like object nearby, which is in turn connected to a number of boxes reminiscent of car batteries, each of which has on it a
little jar containing the sawdust collected when Titchner carved the phrases emblazoned on their
sides.
But for a
little change, I moved them to the other
side of the kitchen and created this
wooden sign for this space.

Little wooden panels coated in bright colours make this an adorable door to nestle between plants, stick on a tree trunk or hide around the
side of the shed.
