For example, if I made tacos for dinner one night, then I will
bake sweet
potatoes and
load them up with the taco meat and other toppings (avocado, salsa, onion,
etc.) for dinner the next night.
Plain like this OR mexican seasonings for quesadillas, taco bowls, tacos, or burritos... Your favorite BBQ sauce for sandwiches or sliders,
loaded baked potatoes, quesadillas, or dips... Hawaiian style using coconut amino / soy sauce, pineapple, hoisin, ginger,
etc..
While I know that is the case with natural occurring sugars as in a dates, bananas,
etc., I had read a year ago or so, that the fat content of a
baked potato with butter, did not offset the glycemic
load of the
potato.
