I'm nearly out of Better Batter, and I had a photo shoot today and had to make multiple
loaves of GF beer bread in the
last few days to perfect the recipe, and I was in serious danger of getting stuck without enough flour.
I made two
loaves of paleo banana bread Sunday night that we ate over the
last few days and it was awesome.
At the end of the night there was still more than half a
loaf of bread left over and it was already cut so I knew it would only
last a

day after baked.

loaf of bread free from preservatives will only
last a
few days at room temperature, and bread doesn't do so well in the fridge.
