Board of Directors, and shall agree in writing or by electronic agreement that if elected to membership they will abide by the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS ®, and by the Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the
local Board, State Association, and the National Association.
