local construction unions to allow renovations to begin at the Nassau Coliseum using only union employees.

construction company that helped to construct luxury apartments on Front Street in Worcester have reached a settlement in a labor case with the U.S. National Labor Relations Board after a carpenter was fired after attempting to organize.
The company has also built its own coalition of supporters, called Friends of the Seaport, which includes the
construction, hotel and real estate industry
unions, and
local residents.
