local orchard, Riverview Orchards and grabbed a dozen of

apple cider doughnuts.
One of my favorite fall produce destinations is Oregon Heritage Farms, a family owned, farm - direct store that offers

fresh local produce from the end of August through mid-November.
We also loved stopping by the
local cider mill for some

The best that I have found to pass a kidney stone is: 1 tablespoon of Unfiltered
Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs is the best) add 1 tablespoon of organic honey (
local fresh honey) then mix in a pinch of baking soda add all this to 10 ounces of water and drink.

apple cider vinegar; sea salt; garlic; onions; mustard;
fresh and dried herbs spices (especially turmeric, cinnamon, and
fresh ginger root); salsa; grass - fed beef and pastured chicken stock and vegetable stock.
My favorite part is the
fresh donuts and
apple cider at
local farms!
