land, buildings and machinery usable in the production, whether for profit or otherwise, of agricultural products;
It's of no
use to draw conclusions about inefficient agricultural
practices in Panama, for example, if you can not transfer the information gained from research to the
local population that actually depends on that
land for their livelihood.
