Rich Galyen is President of Clayton Animal Welfare, a Pushmataha County organization which sponsors
mobile spay neuter clinics, assists
local law enforcement and operates the
local shelter in conjunction with the City of Clayton.
With help from our
local government, we were recently able to obtain permits and equipment to operate a
