Even if you are managing your risk properly, you are still going to be slightly less objective and
logical after a trade is on than before.

logical to assume that many stocks are
trading at frothy valuations.
You need to first calculate the risk involved on any potential
trade setup
AFTER you determine the most
logical place to put your stop loss.
