I have found I really appreciate a nice old fashioned dessert these days and am actually more drawn to them they also satisfy that my sweet tooth better and leave me feeling more whole — that just my expierience I know we are all different (I really felt like adding unique butterflies lol - I'm off with the fairies today) but a traditional dessert can be marvellous and I actually have one every day - ever since I spent a year in France where they do every day too.

i hcve 2 leg days one is squats sets of 20 down to 12 my goal is 6 to 8 sets till failure then leg press 20 to 40 rep sets 6sets then ham curls 10 to 15 reps 6 sets my next leg day is leg press or the icariann plate loaded leg press i do 50 to 60 rep sets with different foot positions every 15 reps, then 1 leg presses rest pause sets of ten only 10 seconds rest at this point i quit counting just go go, this leg press session is a half - hour not much rest and no knee pain I'm not going heavy it compliments my heavy squat day my other parts are done in similar fashion, i don't consider this a heavy light split, its more of a kind of heavy 1 day then moderate high rep next session for those that need a label i really feel this is awesome I've lowered my testosterone dose to 300 mg every 10 days remember im44 not 24 lol i can claim trt my point is i believe I've conditioned myself much more with michaels theories but to take my body to the next level i need to add more volume and excersise variance, i plan on competing within a year, thanks corey for your support i don know if we should post out training since its not according to michaels routine i would continue to hear about your ideas, progress, your like me always searching as you get older safety and longevity are paramount, at the same time we want to kickass and make gains its addictive if you want i can leave my number corey take care and i wish everyone good luck and good health!!!!!!

amazing article if a little out of date now im guessing also love the videos, i have one question, i used to travel a lot on AA to new york and chicago mainly and enjoyed its benefits back then in the late 90s - 2005, it always seemed you needed fewer miles needed to uograde to buisness etc than any other airline at the tme ect and evern though it was early interent days there was many ways to earn miles etc, but i havent been travelling much but this year i will be travelling much more, basically 4 - 6 trips to the us and maybe 3 - 4 eu trips as well all from london or manchester, would i still be best going with AA program or ba / avios, i would get a frequent flyer credit card for bookings and hotels if that helps your reply, many thanks (when i used to fly, AA was the only way i would go just beacuse the planes looked amazing in their livery:) even if the air stewardesses were an average of 65 yeard old lol paul

this game has thrilled me as much as Pong did in 1975 when i was 18 and played it and just like the original Tomb Raider it is so much fun and just gives me goose bumps at how much work has gone into it.And yes it has bugs but i as an old gamer can not believe how much complaining goes on about games these days try it through the 80s and 90s and just see how much better it is A) choice B) saving wow we had none back decades ago C) hardware so many choices console mobile pc it is awesome today so enjoy have fun and STOP whinging lol.
