This should be less of an issue on Wear OS, since while manufacturers offer some light customization it's broadly the same across devices, yet Android Wear 2.0 still took a long time to arrive on some watches and many older ones didn't get it at all.

There wasn't a single time I was using the OnePlus X that I was longing to get back to a Nexus experience, nor were there any situations in which I was willing to give up the simplicity of OxygenOS to get more customization and features found on phones from the likes of LG or Samsung.

And if you've been a long - time Samsung user, I can see it being hard to go back and miss out on the customization.

To remove multiple tiles in one sweep, right - mouse click on the tile (or long press to pull up the customization option) that you want to remove and you will see a gray checkmark in the top right corner.

Too much work - Most candidates have been so trained to send volume, rather than very targeted resumes, that they focus on how long a customization strategy takes.
