My average calorie burn according to my fitbit HR is 2200 on a total rest day, and up to 3300 on workout days including a short run... higher
on long run days.
Sundays are
my long run days for the half marathon, so I've been recruiting Terry to make supper as I have absolutely no energy after running 10 + miles.
Most importantly, they're full of protein and fiber and will satisfy hunger even on
a long run day!

If you are active and run regularly in cooler climes, this dog will cheerfully bound along at your side for
a long run every day.
No it doesn't hurt when I run but sometimes on
my long run days it's a bit achey at the end of the day.
