over a decade, it still is supremely satisfying, especially since the movie is one of the nicer -
looking cartoons to hail from DreamWorks (or any non-Pixar studio).
The
film does
look decent too, with atmospheric scenery and the editing is already an improvement
over most SyFy movies in terms of quality.
The documentary Re-Animator Resurrectus runs
over an hour long and provides a top - notch
look at the making of the
film.

This is also one of the best
looking films around with the humans
looking good and quite sensible instead of wacky but its the humour here that wins you
over.
Sanctum is the perfect example of a
film that's style
over substance, it
looks great, but the plot is paper thin, and relies on recycled ideas from previous
films in order to create an engaging
film.
One of the few
films I found myself constantly
looking at my watch wondering when it would be

And yet, however considerable the

film's impressively epic
look and an interesting cast of young and old actors, it ringingly sounds the same dour note
over and
over again.
The
film is a rare case of a historical
film not
looking back on its source through the legacy it may have developed
over time (usually peppered with winking irony), but is presented straight, immersed in the present of the period depicted where the prospect of Nixon resigning is all but preposterous.
Mr. Brooks is an amazing
film that blends mind blowing suspense and horror that will leave you
looking over your shoulders for weeks.
The trailer of this
film looked as though it would make the original
look bad as the trailer was full of cheesy one liners and would have no action excitement compared to the first
film, and worried ghostbusters fans all
over the world.
While the beginning of the
film feels like it's setting the audience up for a somewhat boring lesson on drone warfare (I'm
looking at you, Good Kill), Hood — still wiping the sting of X-Men Origins: Wolverine off with Ender's Game and now this — excellently threads the needle of tension and, before you know it, the thriller aspect of the
film becomes abundantly clear as the series of events play out in semi-real time
over the course of one day.
The
film jumps back and forth
over the course of just a few weeks, but the way Portman plays the sullen Jackie in the wake of what has happened
looks like she's aged years.
The
film is holding off newcomers Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Pitch Perfect 3 and The Greatest Showman, with the Johnson - led Jumanji targeting a $ 60 + million opening
over the four day weekend, and Pitch Perfect 3 and The Greatest Showman
looking to finish around $ 35 million and $ 16 million, respectively.
A call has gone out to
look for up to 500 extras to appear in Woody Allen's 2014
film, the comedy starring Colin Firth and Emma Stone, set to shoot in France in just
over a month.

It's maybe not the movie for audiences who absolutely insist on a plot — The Guardian, in a 4/5 review, calls it «a
film about nothing specific» — but if you're willing to just give yourself
over to the experience, 20th Century Women
looks like a warmhearted dramedy.
And yes, this is most certainly a
film to
look out for this Oscar season, although Hancock's Saving Mr. Banks was perhaps held in too high a regard sight - unseen before it was passed
over for most of the major awards on nominations day, so a wee bit of caution is apt.
And now you can get a
look at the
film that clocks in at
over three hours long as the first US trailer has arrived showcasing the story of a small hotel owner, his wife (and her sister) who are at odds with each other as the winter weather becomes more fierce, forcing everyone into an inescapable, tense environment from which they can't leave as long as the snow keeps up.
With its cleaver - wielding dwarf and a sex scene that raised questions
over whether it was real, Nicolas Roeg's atmospheric horror
film Don't
Look Now earned its place in cinematic history.
