I found a nice
looking recipe for a morning glory
loaf of my pinterest board that has been hanging around for a while, but
of course had to make a few adjustments based on my preferences and what I had around.
With the larger pan the
loaf of course didn't rise as high, but it still
looked nice and was done in 45 minutes.

Press a handful
of blueberries into the batter on top (this is just to make the

I used a glass pan, which worked great (it was just a bit larger and the
loaf turned out slightly flatter but not much by the
looks of it).

looks as though there's no difference in the sizes
of the
loaves baked in the 5.5 - quart pan and the one baked in the 7 - quart pan.
