I love
tapenade and roasted tomatoes, but I'm not sure always convinced about polenta — clearly I need to revisit it though, as these
look gorgeous!
Recently I was
looking in my fridge at some of my
tapenade mayonnaise and a couple of eggplants I had picked up at the store, while trying to think of what to make for dinner that evening.
Of course, you can just roast a chunk of pork loin and spoon
tapenade over it, but when you stuff the
tapenade inside the roast, it will
look all swirled and magical when sliced.
