Hi I came across this article and I am concerned I was 430 and have worked my way down to 344 and now I'm stalling I am exercising with 20 min of cardio in the the am and pm so 40 min total and I'm wieght training I have not
lost any wieght in the past 3 weeks I'm eating 1800 - 2000 cals a day should I bump up?

wieght but tht was because i was eating much junk i
lost a alot of weight so does tht mean i have pcos the only thing i have is hirstism is tht a forever thing..
While some say that rapid
wieght loss is key because you may
lose motivation, I just can't get on board with that.
