I really appreciate Caroline's guidance because I have struggled
with disordered eating and body image
in the
past and I like the fact that it is not about
losing weight.
With all my
weight changes (steadily gaining close to 50 pounds
in the 10 years after high school, and then
losing 30 pounds
in the
past year and a half), I'm pretty sure I don't have anything that old.
I know it's not easy to not only
lose weight, but tone up, too, as I've challenged myself
with this
in the
past.
Fun fact of these shoes, I purchased them years ago, and I haven't been able to wear them until this
past 6 months since I've
lost weight But when I got them, I was and still is so
in love
with them that I just couldn't bear to return them or resell them.
