a lot about lemon's ability to gently exfoliate the skin as well as whiten it.
I've been hearing
a lot about lemon water (squeezing half a lemon in a glass of water), that it has lots of beneficial effects, including weight loss, improved digestion, breath - freshening, boost immune system, cleanses your liver of toxins, give you an energy boost, keep skin clear, reduce inflammation.

about everything you've eaten that day, eating more vegetables, drinking a
lot of water, slowly chewing your food, taking fat burner supplements, eating
lots of bacon if you're on a Keto diet (come to think of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts of natural weight - loss foods, sometimes even eating raw foods and the list goes on and on.
There's a

about people applying
lemon juice or vinegar to their teeth in an attempt to whiten.
