soda water and you can sweeten with stevia, add a few strawberries if you

By simply staying the heck away from simple (& bad) carbs
like sodas, candy, & pasteries & with modest exercise, & maintaining a healthy diet with
lots of fiber almost anyone can maintain the weight loss after you've lost it on this diet.
I have been eating whole grains and
lots of fruit, water only (I have never
liked soda) to drink, and one Shaklee Soy Protein complete meal that I drink for my supper (i eat breakfast and main meal at lunch).
She was eating a
lot of processed, convenience food
like frozen dinner, low calorie pack / bars and diet
sodas which did not nourish her body.
I used baking
soda only (no ACV) for about a year and really
liked the results — got
lots of compliments on my hair, too!
I never put too much thought into how my diet might be affecting my skin as I usually avoid eating fast food,
soda and sweet things, but I never considered that my intake of simple carbs
like bread, rice and pasta (which I love to eat a
lot of) might be causing problems.
