of backyard barbecue cookery, there are
lots of things people love to cook: steaks, ribs, pork shoulders, hot dogs, hamburgers, leg

of it for this recipe.

of the food is done.

lot of times I change it up with
BBQ sauce and red onions, or even homemade Caesar dressing as the
sauce and lettuce and grilled tempeh to top it.

Ben, I think you're correct about 2 things (not that you are incorrect about other stuff), but in an attempt to up my fat intake on a LCHF diet, I started eating
lots of fatty
BBQ (no
sauce) and my triglycerides are a scary 290 and trig / HDL is 6.3.
Tradition
BBQ sauces contain a
lot of unnecessary sugar.
We always have
lots of BBQ's over the summer and this sounds a great new
sauce to try, so much better than the shop brought ones as well, much healthier without all their added extras.
