The second option exists to hold all the recipes that sound incredible (and I would absolutely order should they appear on a restaurant menu) but I wouldn't actually make them at home because a) they
contain lots of dairy products that aren't easily substituted (Armando's lactose - intolerant) or b) I know I can't find the ingredients.
