As a matter of fact, it is used in

Sure there are
lots of keto friendly options that don't use any kind of bread — for example my cauliflower sausage and walnut stuffing is delicious and goes great with any roasted bird — especially my Easy Sage Roasted Turkey!
Since this approach correlates with the keto diet, I've been organically finding

keto while healing from an autoimmune disease.

of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts

lots of room to add fiber - rich foods, prebiotic foods like raw Jerusalem artichoke and dandelion greens, and fermented foods, including kimchi and unpasteurized sauerkraut.

of my favorites that I've come across, which seems to be huge in the
keto world (at least, I've noticed it a
lot on Pinterest and Instagram when searching for
keto recipe ideas), is something called «noatmeal», which is nothing more than oat - free porridge.
And so, there's a

lot of people don't realize this but, you know, there's a

Keto Influencers out there online, on YouTube and whatnot.
