of the dishes despite them looking incredibly appetising and while a
lot of blogs will do a post with a couple tips for eating healthy within a budget this seems pretty unique — its great to see a practical application
of them in recipes and on a recurring basis — if this was any indication

Anyway it's been so insanely hot this week so I've been eating a
lot of raw
food as cooking isn't
super appealing, especially in the middle
of the day.
Veganism, for example, can be unbelievably nourishing and rewarding if you interpret it to mean a diet full
of veggies, fruit, quinoa, chickpeas, almonds, green juice etc but refined sugar, white pasta and
lots of processed
food can also be vegan and that's not
super healthy!
And perhaps what's more exciting is that February brings with it
lots of food - related celebrations like the
Super Bowl and Valentine's Day.
And I eat
lots of healthy veggies, beans,
super foods, you name it.
These little medallions come to my rescue... they're made with heart healthy extra dark chocolate, and
lots of colorful little
super foods (dried fruit, nuts, and seeds) sprinkled on top for fun.
We don't eat a
lot of meat and also keep a kosher kitchen, so here are my go to's these days: three bean veggie chili (inspired by whole
foods — GREAT leftover
food); roast chicken (Ina's); stir fries with tofu or chicken (
super into cabbage and you can get it to taste like moo shoo with the proper sauces); roasted brussel sprouts with barley, cranberries, walnuts, and some goat cheese depending on who you are; grilled chicken (breasts... I know they're not your thing).

I better funnel green juice and eat nothing but

lot differently when you start thinking in terms

super foods that confer something some other
food wouldn't, but there is

food» devoid
of nutrition and loaded with anti nutrients.

foods that detox your body.
Either way, most
of the
foods on that list are also
super healthy and have
lots of other great nutrients and benefits so you get the best
of both worlds.

I've been having some hectic couple
of days in Croatia, but working is always
