Some diets simply state that you should just heavily cut back on «White Foods» and they suggest that you should eliminate
a lot of the white rice, potatoes, wheat and sugar from your diet.
The diet here mostly consists of cooked dry beans,
lots of white rice, and many wheat products which I avoid.

As the third ingredient in the food, you can still expect the food to contain
a lot of white rice.
