It's important that you eat
a lot of whole foods, a lot of plant based foods and really the best sources of fiber are vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and things like that.
Point is, if you want to maintain optimal performance (both mentally and physically), and just be healthy human being, then you should be eating
a lot of whole foods like potatoes, fruits, veggies, nuts, and lean meats.
I eat
a lot of whole foods, I do try to combine beans and grains, and eat quite big volumes, but the symptoms remain, so eventually on the 7 - th day I go back to eating meat again and the symptoms disappear.

Basically I agree with Ornish and McDougall about the importance of high fiber complex carbohydrates, I eat these, but I eat
a lot of whole food plant based fats, such as nuts and seeds and do not gain any of the 100 pounds that I lost.
It's little over 2 years later and the past 6 weeks I've been doing about half an hour of cardo (running) each week and focused the rest of my time (about 5 - 6 hours / week) on mixing cardio and strengh for an all - over body training (again, I was pretty much completely out of shape before these 6 weeks) and fair enough, I've watch my food intake (it's been VERY clean,
lots of whole food) but I've gained so much muscle mass, lost 5,5 kg in weight and even more importantly — nearly 7 % body fat!

lot of, but I prefer using it to coconut oil in some applications because coconut manna (coconut butter) is a
